Versatile applications at your use
Here you can see a list of applications which are included in Asocion.
Basic Applications
Text and Images
Build your site of text and images. These often consist the core content of sites. You can modify and place the content just the way you want. You can eather type the text straight into the editing page or copy it from a text-editing program. Images you can easily upload to the site straight from your PC.
Form Tool
You can eather modify the default forms or create your own new forms with Asocion's diverse Form Tool. The information that forms contain can easily be transferred into a spreadsheet or your email.
File Sections
You can store or distribute effortlessly all associon's files, regardless of their format. If you place a file section into a private section of your Asocion (e.g. Member Area or Work Area), the file is only available for the member who have access to the area in question.
Image Gallery
Images can be viewed on your Asocion as small thumbnail images or as a larger imageshow. If you want to add numerous images to your site at once, send the to image gallery from your email.
Web Videos
You can upload videos to your site from Internet's video services (e.g. YouTube, Google Video). You can also add your videos to YouTube or Google Video, where you can gather even larger audience for your videos.
Visitor Statistics
Visitor Statistics provide you with accurate and essential information about your visitors. Statistics tell you for example, who visits your site, how do they find there and what are they looking for.
Layout Tool
There are several groomed layout themes already availeble in Asocion. You can pick the one you like the most on start-up, and modify it yourself to suit your taste even better. The modification has been made really convinient and fun with our easy-to-use Layout Tool.
Advanced Applications
Html-embedding
Html-embedding is meant for more experienced website administrators, who would like to add some extra flavour on association's site with other applications. Html-embedding is an excellent way to do this. Please note, that for the Html-section, we can't offer individual customer support, because we can't quarantee the error-free functioning of other service providers' or users' applications.
Multimedia Tool
More animated pictures and diverse sounds for your Asocion? This can be accomplished straight from your computer with our Multimedia Tool. This enables the uploading and viewing of videos to the password-protected zones also.
Event Calendar
Control your association's events conviniently through Asocion. Make sure everyone knows the coming events and has the possibility to sign up for them. The sign-up is easy to arrange with the Form Tool.
News Column
Keep your members aware of the latest news. The most recent news can be shown on the visible news column and the older ones can be stored in news archive.
Quick Survey (Poll)
With Quick Survey -application you can publish polls or surveys about the hot current issues concerning your association. You can conduct surveys and polls for all the visitors or for your members only. Quick surveys can be published in any area of your site.
Banner Tool
Banners are a smart, stylish and easy way to show advertisements on your association's site. Banner tool makes it possible to use eather flash or ordinary images on your banners and it calculates the clicks on banners also.
Rss-reader
With Asocion's Rss-reader you can easily obtain news feed, blog posts or other frequently updating information from other websites to a single column on your website. This is a great way to present your union's recent news on your website without causing any additional updating tasks for you.
Discussion Forum
You can offer your visitors, members and administrators a place to discuss and interact with our discussion forums. Discussion forums don't include a registration feature, so please consider a moment before placing a forum on your Public Area.
