Members need a user account for your website and they have to sign in before entering Member Area of your association's website. You can add members and create member accounts from our association management software's membership tools. This way they get their own login information, which they can use to enter the area. Add your members as users and you'll offer everyone a simple way to present their ideas and participate in discussions.

File Sections
You can store or distribute effortlessly all associon's files, regardless of their format. If you place a file section into a private section of your Asocion, the file is only available for the member who have access rights to the area in question.
Form Tool
You can eather modify the default forms or create your own new forms with Asocion's diverse Form Tool. The information that forms contain can easily be transferred into a spreadsheet or your email.
News Column
Keep your members aware of the latest news by adding a news column to your Member Area. The most recent news can be shown on the visible news column and the older ones can be stored in news archive.
Quick Survey (Poll)
With Quick Survey -application you can publish polls or surveys about the hot current issues concerning your association. You can conduct surveys and polls for all the visitors or for your members only with the membership website software. Quick surveys can be published in any part of your site.
