Q: How long is the trial period?
A: The Trial Period is generally 60 days long. It is designed to give you and your whole association plenty of time to familiarize yourselves with Asocion and discuss the possible ordering.
Q: Are all the features and applications included in the trial version of Asocion?
A: Yes they are. The trial version includes the same features and applications as the purchased version.
Q: Do I have to order after the trial period?
A: No you don't. There are no commitments made as you get the trial version of Asocion.
Q: How can I make the order?
A: The order can be made from the editing view of your Asocion. More details can be found here.
Q: Does Asocion automatically convert to a purchased version after trial is over?
A: No it doesn't. If you don't make the order before your trial ends, you will see an order form next time you try to sign in to the editing view. Here you still can make the order, but you can't get to your site before you make the order.
Q: Can I order before the trial period ends?
A: Of course. You can order Asocion at any time during your trial period.
Q: Is it possible to extend my trial period?
A: Unfrotunately, this is not possible. 60 days is the whole trial period, that we can offer you.
Q: Do I get Customer Service and Technical Support during the trial?
A: Yes you do. You have all the support forms available also during the trial period. If you would like to know more, take a look at Support page.
Q: How much does Asocion cost after trial period?
A: Asocion has two payment alternatives: 290 € / year or 29 € / month (both prices are VAT 0%).
Q: Is all the content, that I have created during trial, preserved after order?
A: Yes it is. No content or features are lost or changed when you make the order and transfer from the trial version to the purchased version.
